Each year the Foundation undertakes a number of major fundraising events and appeals which finance the extra needs of our Hospital, patients and staff.
In many cases these fundraisers not only improve equipment, the quality of our facilities and treatment but they help us tell a very important and personal account of illness facing many in our community.
With the support from local media and generous individuals and sponsor organisations we are able to communicate the human side behind serious illness and raise the profile of the exceptional work that is carried out to counteract often life-threatening health issues.
