Townsville Hospital Foundation Sensis Yellow Pages Charity Golf Day, 2011

Friday 11th of November saw 15 teams of keen golfers tee off for Townsville Hospital Foundation!

Thanks to the 15 local businesses including Sensis Yellow Pages, NQAV, True North Solar, 4TO FM and Thiess, who sponsored the event and entered teams, we were able to raise in excess of $10,000 for Townsville Hospital Foundation.

These funds will be used to purchase 16 S.A.T.S Monitors for the Children's Ward. Remaining funds will be allocated to the Rehabilitation Unit to kick off a long term project. This long term project will see the construction of an open-air work shed, equipped with tools and machinery to assist patients in their rehabilitation.
